Well, about a day after shaving you will end up getting some stubble regardless...I get waxed which leaves you with that soft skin and lasts 3-4 wks but it can be quite painful. Shaving, you risk getting ingrown hairs which can get painful and turn into cysts or boils rather and have to do it almost every other day.. That's called razor burn. You can put an unscented lotion on it to relieve the pain/itchiness. Make sure it's unscented or else it could burn really bad.
